Jason McConnaughay

Jason joined our team in 2017 and brings a strong background in finance and client service. He holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. Jason also maintains his Series 7 and 63 licenses through LPL Financial and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), a designation that reflects his commitment to the highest standards in financial planning. As a CFP®, Jason specializes in developing and presenting customized financial plans tailored to our clients’ unique goals. His attention to detail and strategic approach help ensure that each client feels confident and informed about their financial future. In his role as Operations Manager, Jason is a key part of our daily operations, supporting clients with account setup, trading, and overall service management.

Originally from South Florida, Jason now lives in Minnesota with his wife, Ellie, and their two daughters, Harper and Ava. He and his family love spending their time outdoors and exploring new places. Jason is an avid sports fan, and even though he’s been a Minnesotan since 2013, he continues to cheer for his favorite Florida teams.
